For orders within metro areas, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

For non-metro orders, allow up to 6 business days (10 business days for rural areas).

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order placed. 

Our primary postage service is Australia Post.

Some countries may have duties, customs fees or taxes which are unfortunately out of our control. 

We offer refunds/credits on all purchases up to 30 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused, with dust bags and all Juju & Co tags attached.

We do not offer free returns at this time.

Please send us an email at contactus@jujuandco.com.au to notify us of your return. We will process refunds within 3 days of receipt of package. Once processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account. We recommend posting with a trackable service as Juju & Co does not take responsibility for lost packages being returned.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. There is a currency conversion option on the menu page, however all purchases are processed in AUD.

Due to leather being a natural product there may be slight variations or imperfections in the grain or finish of the leather. These slight
imperfections occur in the tanning process add uniqueness and character.
Please be aware prior to purchase as no refund will be given as these are not product faults.

Goods may vary in colour from batch to batch as well as from item to item. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products shown on this website. We cannot however
guarantee that your monitors display of the colour will be accurate.

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at contactus@jujuandco.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. 

Juju & Co goods are made to last. In the unlikely event you
have an issue with a defect in the material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, please get in touch and we will assess for repair or replacement.

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
